This is where Pat and Greg sit round a piano and do what comes naturally... Is there a song that you've always wanted to hear Pat and Greg do as a piano-vocal - either from their own back catalogue, or someone else's song? Tell us, see what happens..

i've heard some brill covers over the years, and i'm a sucker for a ballad. have you ever sang "if you could read my mind" by Gordon Lightfoot( or even heard of it ) ? I also believe you guys could really nail some Neil Diamond classics. Love on the rocks is my personal favorite, also george michaels "a different corner" is another one. sorry you probably only meant for 1 choice but your covers are a thing of beauty.

cheers guys, keep up the great work

Sad to say travelling home tonight I was listening to Radio 2 and they were playing The Boys are Back in Town by Thin Lazy, classic song but I would love to hear your take on it.

Love this concept. If I were to ask you to sing something from your back catalogue it would have to be "She Makes A Sound"..a wonderful song. If it were to be a cover I think you could do a knock-out version of Springsteen's "The River".
Good to see and hear you two back.....too long away....good luck with the release and the tour.

Guys - this is such a cool idea. One of your songs I'd love to hear would be Just Say You Love Me. A cover would be Stevie Wonder's I Wish or Loose Ends' Hangin' On A String.

Every good wish to ya!

A classic song I know you could do justice to would be ol` man river.
Covered many times I know, but that just adds to the challenge and such a deeply emotional song that it demands the Kane treatment.
I love Sinatras 1940`s version the most, but reckon you could best it.

Greg

Interesting that in your interview with Janice Forsyth that you mentioned your admiration for Mike Figgis. I have loved his work over the years (film and music) and thought it would be great if Pat and yourself could cover any of the tracks with Figgis worked with Sting on - "Angel Eyes" and "My One And Only Love".

Gotta be ,"Dear Mr.President ,"by Pink,I think you would put a nice touch of Caledonia up Bush's backside ....!
Or on a lighter note Caledonia ,King of the road or Vivere by Andrea Bocelli and Laura Pusini

Nice website, chaps.

My suggestion is "Follow the Heron" by Karine Polwart, a fellow Scot and a fine writer and singer.

Hi Guys

A song from your own back catalogue would be White Collar, just a remarkable song which should've made it onto at least one of your albums!
Covers - I heard you do Abba "The Name of the Game" at Perth which if I hadn't heard it with my own ears I wouldn't have believed could sound so great, if not that one then how about George Michael's "Praying for Time".

Got my tickets booked for Glasgow on the 13th of September, cannae wait! Has been ages - last time I saw you guys was at the Tollbooth, glad you're back touring and looking forward to the new album.
