Hue and Cry lyrics in everyday situations
Quite often I get a random Hue and Cry lyric popping into my head. In particular it's whenever I go to pay for something online or go to a cash machine.....
"I've got the card, delivers the goods".
It happens quite lot. Anyone else get H&C lyrics in unexpected places?

Tale of a new/prodigal fan
Howdy all,
I've been lurking too long around here without writing a few words by way of telling Pat and Greg, and the Hue and Cry Music Club, how I found my way here and how much I appreciate the music.
I'm an American who spent a year studying in Aberdeen in 1990-1. My proper uni studies fell to pieces there (I picked them up later, you'll be relieved to hear, so am now properly overeducated and underemployed like most folks my age), but my studies in Scottish Appreciation…

Did Hue and Cry play the Royal Albert Hall?
My wife reminded me recently that we saw Hue and Cry at the Royal Albert Hall many years ago and I had completely forgotten about it. Did this really happen or is it a false memory?
Also I thought there used to be links to all the really old gigs which you could comment on but I couldn't find them. Has it been taken off?

Great atmosphere
It most definitely did live up to my expectations!
Linda and I arrived very early (me not reading the ticket info correctly) and were lucky enough to catch Pat and Greg before the set. They both looked very casual and relaxed. After the guys had signed a photo for us, we decided to go to the Wetherspoons over the road from the theatre…

Hey Pat & Greg,
I thought I would take the chance to drop you a line and thank you guys for saving my life.
Well ok, that is a slight exaggeration but it felt like it at the time, several times in fact.
The power of music eh?
This is a rhetorical message so don’t worry I don’t expect an answer and if you don’t read it or even receive it, never mind, it’s more for my benefit than anything else.
I was born and brought up in Glasgow. I have worked abroad…
