loving the video. actually quite emotional to see you guys still creating such quality after all this time.

Loving tippi on b/v's too- Scotlands best female vocalist!

Best ever Hue and Cry video?- it's certainly up there with She makes a sound and long term lovers for me.

One question- Where was Paul Mills in the bizarro parade at the end??

just watched the new single superb ! Two things when are the tour dates being announced and I'm sorry to say the limited edition of the new album is just to much. Went to order limited edition album it came to just over 45 pounds. I work in IT and I'm payed well enough but I would like to think I contributed over the Years towards these two fantastic talents but I cannot justify the spend at the moment. :(

Hmmm. From Googling Phiilppe, Duc d'Orleans I got this... "The city of New Orleans, in Louisiana, U.S., is named after him" I think I'm on to something.

Here are the lyrics to the song for those who like to know the words:-

Miss Beulay told the driver
To take her to the levee to find her
Some beautiful toy by which to pass the time of day

He drove her through the station
Past all the death and devastation
Then let Miss Beulay out to continue her play

So when you pay your duty to the debtor don't you let him escape
Everybody's got a monkey on their back that's a dead weight of lead
So when you pay your duty to the debtor don't you let him escape
Everybody's got a monkey on their back that's a dead weight of lead

Mister Pilgrim rode a Harley
Felt the wind a-shaking right through the barley
But always knew that the long road was taking him home

He found Phiilppe, Duc d'Orleans
Eating soul food in the clothes of a poor man
And then he understood every ache in his bones

...Don't have to believe it's true, just enjoy the view
And raise yourself up to joy
So when your time has arrived
Are you dead or alive - or somebody's broken toy?

Sounds great and the countdown to the release of Hot wire can now begin. I hope that the album contains the full version of this song cos I could just go a couple of more rousing chorus's...... Great stuff guys, congratulations.
